The middle floor of the house is currently used as a stained glass studio.  This room can be used as it is for an art studio, living room, recreation room, or easily converted to two bedrooms.  A bathroom is partially finished just off of this studio which can be done prior to the sale of the property.

The downstairs has a room originally conceived to be used as a work our room, next to a built in stone hot tub.  This room is currently used as storage and organization for my art business and can be used as anything from storage, to crafts, or a bedroom.  The second bathroom is roughed in but not finished, just next to this room.
